We use generative and analytical AI selectively in our analysis, documentation, and audit-evidence work — for accelerating policy review, transcribing and structuring stakeholder interviews, comparing implementations against benchmarks, and drafting first-pass artefacts that our consultants then refine.

Every AI-assisted output passes through human review before it reaches a client. We do not treat AI as an oracle, we do not paste client data into consumer chatbots, and we do not generate evidence we have not verified. The discipline is the same we apply to any other tool — the right tool, used the right way, in the right hands.

About the firm

A small, ISO-disciplined Mumbai consultancy built for outcomes.

Navi Consulting LLP was incorporated on 17th February 2021 and is registered as a Limited Liability Partnership at the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (LLPIN AAV-9372). Our practice operates from Vile Parle (East), Mumbai, and is recognised under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade's Startup India programme.

We have run management systems audited annually since 2024 against four international standards covering quality, environmental responsibility, information security, and IT service management. The audits are conducted by InterCert Inc. — accredited by the Standards Council of Canada and the United Accreditation Foundation, both IAF MLA signatories.

This combination — a deliberately small team, audited management discipline, and an established delivery network — is what allows us to deliver enterprise-grade engagements without the overhead of an enterprise-grade firm.
